Inside Out is an art project addressed to the world by French artist JR. This project was initiated in 2011, with the participation of 129 countries and more than 260,000 people to this day. The project is conducted in various places from the metropolis to conflict zones. The portrait photos of local people are made into enlarged copies and pasted to reflect on the untold narratives of each person. At the Reborn-Art Festival, a truck loaded wih a photo booth will travel around the Oshika Peninsula and city areas to collect people’s portraits and paste them around town.
